Tom, the service tech, was absolutely outstanding. For the past 3 1/2 years since I purchased a new air-conditioning/heating system from a different company, they were out to my condo numerous times and could not diagnose the issue with the heat. While we don’t need heat much in South Florida, the fact that it is a split system meant that it should have worked. After being highly frustrated, I reached out to Angie’s List and they provided me with Vital AC and Heating as a high rated company. They were correct! Tom changed electric switch on the unit allowing me to have heat and air conditioning as needed. After his work, I purchased a yearly contract with them. Tom is an outstanding diagnostician, patient technical troubleshooter, and extremely professional. I also had the opportunity to interact with the owner by phone, she too is courteous and incredibly responsive. You get my high praises.

The first guy that came Tom was very helpful. They were replacing a part under warranty and he did not have that model with him, so he explained another tech would be by later in the day after his appointment to replace it. This was Bill Desouza....this guy was absolutely phenomenal!!! You all are lucky to have such an informative, personable and charismatic person working for you. I was in construction for 30 years leading teams and it was a rare find to find an employee that cares like Bill. Please appreciate him and keep him happy! He is such an asset for your company!

Ron arrived at my home as soon as possible and diagnosed the problem with my a/c without delay. He explained every step he was taking to fix the unit and immediately obtained the correct part (fan). Ron has my a/c working in what I consider in excellent time. When Ron finished, the a/c was much cleaner than when he started. In fact, it runs quieter and effortlessly. I highly recommend Vital A/C Solutions service. Ron is a lifesaver! My family is very happy.

I called Vital A/C after hours number, they got a tech here within the hour, tech figured it out in minutes what was wrong , cleaned the drain and all ,advise me how to prevent this from happening soon, got a maintanence contract with them and I’m super happy. I had a good ac guy in the past but I would have to wait a week for service, not with Vital A/C solutions. Same hour service. Thanks Vital A/C Solutions for great work
