2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on initial evaluation and may change due to unforeseen conditions including, but not limited to:

  • Code requirements

  • Additional labor or materials required

Final pricing will be confirmed prior to work being performed.

3. Payments

6. Cancellations & Scheduling

Customer agrees to provide safe and adequate access to the work area. Additional charges may apply for restricted access areas such as attics, crawlspaces, or rooftops.
