We are growing and looking for a full-time, bilingual HVAC Office Assistant to join our in-office team and play a key role in daily operations.

This is not a basic receptionist role. You’ll be trusted to support clients, technicians, and management while helping deliver the level of service Vital A/C Solutions is known for.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming calls and assist clients professionally

  • Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
  • Help with permits, paperwork, and office coordination
  • Communicate with technicians and internal staff
  • Assist clients with HVAC-related questions and service needs
  • Handle emails, data entry, and basic office systems

Requirements

  • Fluent English (required) – daily phone communication

  • Bilingual required: Spanish or Portuguese

  • Some HVAC exposure required (office, dispatch, tech helper, or similar)

  • Comfortable using computers, email, and office software
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
